Swiss Brazilian designer Christoph Jenni blends the expressive spirit of his Brazilian heritage with the clarity and precision of Swiss design. Born in Rio de Janeiro and later educated in Switzerland, he studied industrial design at the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz in Aarau before joining Studio Hannes Wettstein in Zurich, where he refined his disciplined, minimal approach to form and function

In 2012, Jenni established his own studio in Bern, focusing on furniture design driven by material efficiency, durability, and a calm, purposeful aesthetic. His work — recognized for its balance of cultural influences and technical rigor — includes notable projects such as the Vesper chair series and the Stato tables for Colos. Since 2016, he has also shared his expertise as a lecturer in Furniture Design at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) in Switzerland.
