Prelude is a family of guest and conference chairs, defined by flowing contours and the visual illusion of a gracefully draping shawl, which creates an unexpected profile. Soft curves and a compact scale make it ideal for home offices, cafes, and small meeting rooms.

The organic lines of the design and the comfort of the chair are achieved by using molded foam for the seat and back.  Prelude’s seat and back can be upholstered in different materials to create uniquely different appearances.

Prelude’s five-star base is available in polished aluminum or powder coat colors. The chair features a swivel tilt mechanism and pneumatic lift for height adjustment.

Claudia + Harry Washington

When Harry met Claudia, they were both earning their degrees in interior architecture. The Salvadoran couple went on to establish Claudia & Harry Washington studio, where their creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness defines their work through the use of artisan techniques and local manual labor. While lifting up their community, they have developed their own unique design process, fueled by their profound passion to maximize the limited resources available in El Salvador.
